EVERY possible care will be taken of exhibits, but the Society will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur.
The lodgement of an entry form shall be deemed to be acknowledgement by the exhibitor of his or her agreement that the Society shall be under no liability for:
The loss, injury or death of any animal (including birds) exhibited, whether caused by, or attributable to, the negligence of the Society, or its servants or agents, or otherwise howsoever;
Any loss or damage occasioned to or by any property exhibited, whether caused by,
or attributable to, the negligence of the Society, or its servants or agents, or otherwise howsoever;
Any injury or damage occasioned to any other animal or property exhibited, or to any other exhibitor, or to the general public, whether caused by, or attributable to, the negligence of the Society, or its servants or agents, or otherwise howsoever;
Any loss or damage suffered by any exhibitor as a result of any disease contracted or suffered by any animals (including birds) after, or as a consequence of any animal exhibits, or their progeny, being brought to the Showgrounds.
LEISURE CENTRE & GROUNDS:
The Society will not be responsible for any accidents or mishaps which may occur in the show ring or on the show grounds throughout the duration of the days and nights of the show.
ALL exhibits must be in their allotted places at the time shown herein under the various section headings.
A section ticket will be provided for each exhibit, and must be affixed or placed according to instructions from the section steward.
The committee reserves the right to refuse entry to, or have removed from the Ground, any side show or article.
The decision of the committee on all points shall be final without recourse. The pavilions will be closed at 6.00 pm on the days of the show.
NO exhibit is to be removed prior to 5.00pm on the final day of showing*.
*Any breach of this rule will disqualify prize winners.
Where two or more exhibitors gain equal points for a trophy, the trophy will be awarded to the exhibitor gaining the greatest number of first points in various classes.
SIDE SHOWS:
All side shows, trade exhibits, booths, refreshment stands, etc, are permitted to operate only during the hours of 8.30am to 10pm on Saturday. The Society will not extend the hours stated above, except in writing from the president, and the committee has the right to have removed from the grounds any side show, person or persons disobeying this order.
LIQUOR:
Liquor booths will operate in accordance with the Liquor Licensing Laws.
PRIZES & TROPHIES:
Prizes and trophies can be collected from the Show Office from 4.00pm on Saturday.
